Asim is a seasoned hospitality executive with a remarkable track record of leadership and innovation at world-class luxury establishments. His career, spanning more than 20 years, is marked by numerous accomplishments, including the successful implementation of business process improvement initiatives streamlining requisition procedures and enhancing operational efficiency while maintaining unwavering commitment to quality.
Throughout his illustrious career, Asim has consistently demonstrated dedication to fostering talent development and cross-departmental collaboration. His dedicated commitment to customer satisfaction and loyalty has resulted in the consistent growth of the business.
Asim’s core competencies encompass a wide range of critical areas, including F&B operations, guest service excellence, budgeting and cost controls and multi-outlet operations, among others.
His professional journey includes pivotal roles at renowned hospitality establishments such as the JW Marriott, The Westin Gurgaon, Taj Hotels Resorts & Palaces, Hotel Intercontinental Marine Drive Mumbai and Grand Hyatt in New Delhi.
Asim is a graduate of IMT Ghaziabad with an MBA and holds a Diploma in Hotel Management from the Indian Institute of Hotel Management, Lucknow.
