IHG GREEN ENGAGE: The online environmental sustainability system allows hotels to measure and manage their impact on the environment. Initiatives: Few initiatives that the hotel took last year for environment and energy saving as well as to reduce carbon footprints were as follows:

• Installation of Heat Pumps

• Conversion of steam-operated laundry dryers into electrically operated dryers.

• 100% conversion of fluorescent/CFL/Halogen lights to LED.

• 100% recycling and reuse of wastewater for horticulture and AC cooling tower.

• 03 EV charging stations, for the guests who choose sustainable travel.

• The hotel has 03 rainwater harvesting tanks for water conservation.

• Internal Green Engage committee, to discuss the best practices, the scope of saving, and new technologies.

• The energy management system in our guest rooms and a building management system to monitor and save energy.

• In-room tent cards informing guests about the Environmental initiatives.

• Instead of using small plastic amenities in the washroom, the toiletries are been replaced with bulk amenities.

• The hotel is setting up an in-house water purification and bottling plant to eliminate plastic water bottles.
