At Signature Resort, we prioritise the physical well-being of our staff members, and we make sure they eat a balanced diet at each of the three meals. Because they can only function at their best when their bodies are properly fed. So, we never compromise on the menu options or the menu planning. We established a Team Member Café Committee to make menu decisions and ensure that our team members are provided with a well-balanced nutritious diet. This group has monthly meetings to develop rotating menus that include a variety of salads, fresh juices, healthy breakfast alternatives, and native cuisine. The management reviews and approves the prepared meals after they have been evaluated by human resources. We provide any one fresh salad at lunch and dinner, as well as an immunity-boosting drink during teatime, to mention a few menu options.
