The much-anticipated 23rd Chandiwala Hospitality Ensemble is set to take the stage once again at the prestigious Banarsidas Chandiwala Institute of Hotel Management and Catering Technology, New Delhi. This remarkable event, is an appreciation of the constant evolution of hospitality industry, and is scheduled to take place from October 23, 2024 to October 25, 2024.

In just 25 years, our Institute has established itself as a beacon in the hospitality industry, producing adept managerial and technical professionals who are a valuable asset to the hotel industry. The Chandiwala Hospitality Ensemble is a visionary initiative, generously supported by the industry, institutions, and hospitality organizations.

The 23rd Chandiwala Hospitality Ensemble (CHE) 2024 is centered around the theme “Food for Sustainability–Pioneering Solutions for Tomorrow,” emphasizing the vital role of sustainable practices in the hospitality industry. As the sector faces growing pressure to adopt eco-friendly practices, this theme urges professionals and emerging hoteliers to innovate and develop pioneering solutions for environmental conservation.

Chandiwala Hospitality Ensemble 2024 promises to be an exceptional platform for emerging hoteliers to hone their skills, showcasing the prowess they’ve acquired during their time at the Institute. This competition not only offers young Hotel Management Students a national platform, but it additionally serves as an opportunity for them to reach new heights of innovative thinking and creativity.

Some of the event highlights will be- Theme-Based Traditional Indian Regional Cuisine, Quick Treat Culinary Challenge, Hospitality Brain Twister (Quiz Competition), Barwizard Bar Challenge, Chandiwala Floral Decoration and Towel Origami among many other events.

Institutes and colleges from across the length and breadth of nation are invited to nominate up to seven participants. Each team may be accompanied by one faculty member. Due to limited slots, early registration is highly encouraged, as participation will be capped at 30 institutes. The 23rd Chandiwala Hospitality Ensemble promises to be a celebration of culinary brilliance, where talent meets innovation and creativity knows no bounds.
