Crowne Plaza Ahmedabad City Centre and Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation (AMC) joined hands to organise a clean-up drive in the city on the occasion of World Earth Day. The initiative aimed to raise awareness about the need to keep our surroundings clean and promote environmental sustainability. The cleaning drive started early in the morning when volunteers from Crowne Plaza Ahmedabad City Centre and AMC gathered at a designated place. The volunteers were divided into groups and assigned different areas to clean. They were provided with the necessary equipment such as gloves, rubbish bags, brooms and dustbins. The volunteers worked tirelessly to clean the streets, pavements and public areas. They collected litter, swept the streets and cleared the rubbish.
