The Westin Gurgaon, New Delhi has announced the appointment of Naveen Rathee as the new Director of Food & Beverage. With a distinguished career spanning over a decade in the hospitality industry, Naveen brings a wealth of experience and a dynamic approach to the F&B operations at the hotel.

Naveen has an impressive track record in driving culinary innovation, enhancing guest experiences, and leading successful teams at some of the most renowned properties across the country. He began his career with The Oberoi Group and has since held key leadership positions at prominent luxury hospitality groups such as Hilton Hotels, IHG Hotels, Hyatt Group, and Taj Hotels. His multi-faceted experience includes managing overall food & beverage and banquet operations, enhancing service quality, identifying new bar and restaurant trends, and driving business growth.

In his new role at The Westin Gurgaon, New Delhi, Naveen will provide strategic leadership to the daily operations of the hotel’s distinguished food and beverage outlets, including its specialty restaurants, lounges, bars, bespoke banquet events, and unique dining experiences. His focus will be on elevating guest experiences while ensuring that every venue consistently upholds the highest standards of service and quality.
