The luxury hospitality destination has appointed Ekta Mahajan as the new Learning and Development Manager and Parita Vaghela as the Marketing, Communications & PR Manager

Gandhinagar: The Leela Gandhinagar, the luxury hospitality destination in the twin cities of Ahmedabad and Gandhinagar, has bolstered its management team with the addition of two more dynamic individuals.

While Ekta Mahajan has joined The Leela Gandhinagar as the new Learning and Development Manager, Parita Vaghela has been appointed as the new Marketing, Communications & Public Relations Manager.

A seasoned professional with over 10 years of experience in the hospitality industry, Ekta excels in client and guest relations, digital communications, content development, instructional design, training needs analysis and brand training. She will oversee learning and development initiatives at The Leela Gandhinagar. Ekta has been a part of prominent hospitality chains such as Hilton, Radisson, Lemon Tree Hotels and Taj. She has studied hotel management at BHMCT in New Delhi and is currently pursuing a PG Diploma in Training and Development.

Parita, on the other hand, has a strong background in digital marketing, PR management and influencer collaborations and is known for her ability to stay ahead of social media trends. In her role as the Marketing, Communications & Public Relations Manager, Parita will be at the forefront of The Leela Gandhinagar’s marketing and communication strategies, with a focus on elevating the brand’s presence. She brings a wealth of experience from her previous associations with Marriott International. Her educational journey includes a master’s degree in commerce from Gujarat University and a certification in Fundamentals of Digital Marketing from Google Digital Garage.
