ITC Maurya announced the appointment of Shivneet Pohoja as its executive chef. With an illustrious career spanning over 2 decades at ITC Hotels, managing portfolio of award-winning food and beverage outlets and bespoke banqueting, Chef Pohoja has unparalleled expertise, promising to elevate culinary experiences to unprecedented heights.

An alumnus of ITC Hospitality Management Institute, Shivneet brings a wealth of experience from across India, having worked at multiple award-winning dining destinations such as Yi Jing, Pavilion, Ottimo at West View and Peshawri. He specializes in sustainable Indian cuisine including farm to fork and plant-based cuisine.

While helming culinary operations at ITC Maurya, New Delhi, Shivneet will be leading a team focused on curating exquisite menus, celebrating indigenous cooking techniques while embracing global influences across all dining experiences for the patrons and taking the city’s benchmark of luxury dining a notch above.
