Radisson Goregaon is pleased to announce the appointment of Vaibhav Gawad as the new Executive Chef. With a wealth of experience in the culinary industry, Chef Gawad is set to bring his expertise and innovative approach to the hotel’s culinary offerings.

Chef Gawad joined Radisson in 2023 as a Senior Sous Chef, quickly demonstrating his culinary prowess and leadership skills. His journey in the culinary world is marked by significant roles in renowned establishments. Prior to joining Radisson, he served as the Executive Chef at The Fern Residency in Turbhe, Navi Mumbai, where he was instrumental in elevating the dining experience to new heights. He also held the position of City Chef for the Maharashtra Region at Rebel Foods, where he managed diverse culinary operations across multiple locations.

Chef Gawad’s experience extends to prestigious properties such as Fort Jadhavgadh in Pune, where he was the Executive Chef, and Orchid Mumbai, where he worked as a Sous Chef. His diverse background and deep understanding of regional and international cuisines make him a perfect fit for Radisson Goregaon.
