A competent hospitality virtuoso known for his guest oriented approach to enhance the service standards and critical analytical skills, Mr. Rishu Johari, is the recently appointed General Manager of Presidium Sarovar Portico Dalhousie who believes in the strength of action more than words.
With his core competencies embedded in ensuring quality assurance, planning, and monitoring the growth strategies for the brand, Mr. Johari comes with an extensive experience of 15 years. He started his journey with Trident Hotel in Jaipur in 2008 and worked his way through the ranks, owing to his mettle, to work with a gamut of national and international brands including Suryagarh Palace in Jaisalmer, Sheraton in Udaipur, Lebua Hotel in Jaipur, Radisson Blu in Udaipur, The Deltin, Clark’s Inn in Delhi and The Ummed Palace Resort in Jodhpur before joining the Presidium Sarovar Portico Dalhousie as their General Manager in 2023. One of the core capabilities that defines the grit of Mr. Johari is his ability to derive numbers and trends to track performance and profitability reports, thereby adding to the streamlining process.
An alumnus of IIMT Hotel Management College in Meerut, Rishu has been recognized time and again for his efforts and addition to the service industry with a host of acclaims including the prestigious nomination for Top 5 Best Room Director for Hotelier Awards in 2017, preceded by his success as the Best Brand Ambassador for Sheraton Udaipur and Best Employee for Guest Excellence at Trident Jaipur.
