Novotel Kolkata Hotel & Residences appoints Arjun Kaggallu as the new General Manager. With 17+  years of industry experience, Arjun would be responsible for looking after the overall operations of  Novotel Kolkata Hotel and Residences with 340 keys. 

Arjun comes with over 17+ years of rich hospitality experience across leading global hospitality  brands across India, Europe and United States of America.. His last assignment was at the Hyatt  Centric Candolim Goa as a General Manager and looks forward to his new role and time in the City  of Joy.

He holds an E-Cornell Certification along with a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality and Tourism  Management from Business School Chardonne, Mont Pelerin, Switzerland. He also has a Diploma in  Hotel Management from Merit Swiss Asian School of Hotel management. 

Arjun brings his expertise in strategic management and his key strengths lie in planning and  management across verticals such as training, finance and operations. He believes people are an  organisation s biggest asset and is enthusiastic about developing leaders by encouraging and  motivating his team members across the hotel 

On starting this new journey, Arjun says: “I am excited to be part of Accor family and taking charge  of one of the largest hotel in Eastern India. I am a firm believer in the famous saying Find a job you  enjoy doing, and you will never have to work a day in your life’ by Mark Twain. As a passionate  hotelier and curious explorer, I am thrilled to be starting this new journey as the city gears up for its  biggest celebration of the year – Durga Puja. ‘
