Ishan Thakur, Food and Beverage Manager has 15 years of experience in the hospitality industry and brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to his new role. Ishan has worked with reputable Indian hotel chains including The Oberoi Rajvilas and the ITC Fortune Select Metropolitan in Jaipur. Before joining Hyatt Regency Dharamshala Resort, he held the position of Operations Manager – Food and Beverage at The Leela Palace New Delhi. Ishan will be in responsible for overseeing and enhancing the Resort’s food and beverage

operations. He will play an essential role in delivering outstanding curated culinary experiences and exceeding the expectations of our valued guests.

Ankush Kumar, Financial Controller, has managed the financial efficiencies inside the hospitality business for more than a decade. Prior to this, he worked for prestigious luxury hospitality companies including ITC Hotels, Taj Hotels, and Oberoi Hotels and Resorts. He is the perfect complement to the dynamic team at the Hyatt Regency Dharamshala Resort because of his significant experience and knowledge.
