With a rich background in hospitality management and a passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences, Gunja is set to bring her expertise to the forefront of the hotel’s operations.
Gunja joins Hilton Garden Inn New Delhi / Saket with over 10 years of experience in the hospitality sector. She began her with Hilton in Chennai in 2014 in Guest Relations and transitioned to Hilton Jaipur in 2018 as Assistant Front Office Manager. Post that she held key positions at Crown Plaza Ahmedabad, Sayaji Indore & Double Tree by Hilton Gurgaon NCR.
In her new role, Gunja will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of front office operations, ensuring smooth and efficient processes that enhance guest satisfaction. Gunja’s focus will be on maintaining the highest standards of guest service, ensuring every guest feels welcomed and valued during their stay.
