Dr. Mickey Mehta, Global Leading Holistic Health Guru was the chief guest for this event along with the special guest Ms. Avantika Tokas Midha, Vice Chairperson, Council of Royal Roots.
The International Day of Yoga (IDY) is a global campaign initiated by our Hon’ble Prime Minister, Shri Narendra Modi Ji, to promote the practice of yoga and its numerous advantages for physical, mental, and spiritual well-being. The theme for this year is ‘Yoga for Women Empowerment’ emphasizing how yoga can help women feel more confident and empowered.
”Yoga is about bringing ease from disease, where ease brings smiles and light-heartedness. It’s a journey within oneself, fostering self-awareness and empowerment. Just as iconic figures like Narendra Modi ji, Baba Ramdev, Abdul Kalam, and sportsmen have exemplified, yoga leads to success by uplifting our mental and physical states. Through its practice, we harness creativity, confidence, and optimism. Let’s embrace yoga with gratitude, for it holds the key to a balanced and fulfilled life.”
Mickey Mehta, Chairman & Managing Director Healdhee Pvt. Ltd. – 360° Holistic Health Healing
“In today’s world, where education often takes precedence over physical activity, it’s crucial to recognize the importance of harmonizing mind, body, and soul. Yoga offers a pathway to achieve this balance, serving as a daily practice that nurtures holistic well-being. By integrating yoga into our lives, we not only enhance our physical health but also cultivate mental clarity and spiritual awareness. This integration enables us to bring out our fullest potential, bridging the gap between academic pursuits and grounded wisdom. I extend my gratitude to FHRAI for inviting me to be a part of this enlightening event, highlighting the significance of this timeless practice”
Avantika Tokas Midha, Vice Chairperson, Council of Royal Roots
