1. What are the F&B specialties that the hotel proposes this Christmas?

Kick starting the season’s festivities, Renaissance Ahmedabad has aligned a joyful calendar of Christmas activities for people of all ages. Starting from the annual Christmas Tree Lighting Ceremony for the little ones to an elegant Christmas Eve Dinner, followed by a sumptuous Christmas Day Brunch and finally ending the year on a joyful note with New Year Party and Gala Dinner, the hotel has a plethora of festive events lined up for all to enjoy.

Apart from these, our in-house cafe Mill & Co. is exhibiting Christmas Special goodies – celebratory cakes, Christmas plum cakes, Panettone, Stollen, Gingerbread House and much more to make festive celebrations even more exciting.

2. What are the engagement aspects for the guests staying in this holiday season?

The city with its fine blend of traditional values and modern vibes has a lot to offer.

A beautifully lit Christmas Tree Kiosk in the hotel lobby gives the guests a feel of the yuletide spirit, the moment they enter the hotel. We have also planned a power packed Latin Dance Workshop on 1st January to kick start the New Year with a joyful spirit.

3. Apart from the traditional decorations, what are the specific ambiences that the hotel is looking for during this season?

We will be decking up all our F&B outlets with Christmas decorations that set the mood inside and out. There’s nothing quite as festive and cozy as a place decorated with ribbons, winter greenery and uplifting festive Live Music.

Guests are also welcome to relish an array of delightful Christmas sweet and savory goodies available at Mill & Co. artfully curated by our Pastry Chef. To add further to the ambience, our team members can be spotted adorning the Christmas Cap.

4. How is the hotel managing its workload and staff capacity?

We are all excited for the festive season. With the onset of the Wedding Season and the festivities, our staff has been equally engaged in preparations for the ongoing events at the hotel as they are for the festivities.
