Mumbai, July 2024  Courtyard by Marriott Navi Mumbai has appointed Tushar Belekar as Executive Housekeeper . With over 15 years plus one pre-opening experience in housekeeping operations and management.  Having worked in different cities and overseas with well-known brands in the hospitality industry Tushar Belekar has extensive understanding of operational policies, planning & implementation.

In his new role as Executive Housekeeper at Courtyard by Marriott Navi Mumbai Tushar Belekar is all geared up to bring his hands on industry knowledge and skills to lead the HK of the hotel to new heights of success. His experience of effective cost control measures, implementation of plans to streamline the operations, and guest-centric focus aligns perfectly with Marriott’s commitment to unparalleled guest experiences.

Eager to embark on this new journey at Courtyard by Marriott Navi Mumbai, Tushar Belekar has said on his announcement, “I am excited to join this year and a half old hotel Courtyard by Marriott Navi Mumbai. Having worked in a pre-opening and an international property, I would contribute and elevate the guest experience and hospitality. Together, as a team, we[DA1]  will curate memorable experiences for our guests.”


Tushar Belekar’s career span includes successful stints with prestigious hotel brands like ST. Regis Saadiyat Island ABU-DHABI, UAE, Radisson Blu Hotel and Spa Nashik, ITC Grand Central, Grand Hyatt where he played pivotal roles in Developing procedures, service standards and operational policies, planning & implementing effective control measures to reduce running costs of the unit. Proficiently handling guest’s queries & trouble shooting complaints and optimizing resource utilization for maximum service quality. His comprehensive understanding of profit and loss dynamics, and commitment to guest satisfaction are evident in his career path.
