The Oberoi Group has always celebrated its people. Our strength lies in their passionate commitment to their respective roles and their ability to deliver superlative service to our guests. Keeping this mantra in mind, we have decided to introduce a new initiative this year on New Year’s Eve. We have identified a special open air venue in our restaurant for managers’ families to enjoy the night’s festivities with their spouses, who will be working that night. This way, our guests, our executives and their families can all celebrate the start of a new year together, at the stroke of midnight on 31st December 2022.

Making a new beginning is desired to re-energise the team. With this in mind from this year we are introducing a few special tables for the spouses and children of our executives’ who work hard during the festivities, specially New Year’s Eve and miss out being with their loved ones. This new initiative will help their families enjoy a memorable evening and also be near them to bring in the New Year.
