Notably, he played a key role in the launch of a 500 plus rooms hotel in Bangalore, orchestrating the establishment’s successful opening, setting a benchmark for operational excellence.

His comprehensive understanding of profit and loss dynamics, exceptional leadership abilities and commitment to guest satisfaction are evident in his career trajectory. Subhabrata’s excellence extends to client relationship management and he has ensured customer delight through personalized service and enhanced operating efficiency across the properties where he was General Manager.

Subhabrata is a Certified Trainer, highlighting his dedication to staff development and training. His accomplishments include designing and implementing training programs that have elevated associate skills and motivation levels. His passion for maintaining impeccable service standards and his visionary approach to leadership have led to increased profitability for his respective business units.
