Aloft Bengaluru Outer Ring Road commemorated International Women’s Day 2023 in a meaningful and heartwarming manner. The team visited an old age home and celebrated the 101st birthday of Amma, one of the residents. The women team at Aloft prepared lunch for all 35 members of the home and spent time listening to and sharing life experiences with them.

Later in the evening, the hotel welcomed powerful women forces from the Central Industrial Security Force (CISF) team. The all-women team shared their life experiences of bravery and valor, inspiring and enthralling everyone present. The team played games and showcased an evening of cultural performances.

The event also featured a speech by Mrs. Supria Povaiah, who addressed the women leadership team on women’s rights and shared her experiences as a successful woman entrepreneur in a male-dominated field.

The day ended with a 4-course sit-down lunch prepared by the male staff for the women, along with a magic show, mehendi and bangle stall. Overall, it was a memorable day that celebrated the strength, resilience, and contributions of women in our society.
