How does your workplace embrace equality?

At Seven Seas, we support our female teammates to pursue personal development & continuing further advancement of education, equality of compensation, and equitable access to growth opportunities to improved job enhancement & job enrichment from current roles.

How do you make sure that you embrace equality? While making the decisions at workplace how do you make sure you are not gender biased?

Our first & foremost priority is offering equal opportunities through “hiring procedure” & breaking the glass ceiling at Seven Seas through evident policies and tracking ground reality with proven records & real opportunites that are talent based not gender prejudiced irrespective of proportion & ratios of industry to promote equality.

We maintain inclusion of female employees in leadership positions. Several departments at Seven Seas are headed by our female colleagues such as Mrs Kajal Tyagi (Head of House keeping) , Mrs Neeta Aggarwal (Head of Central Purchase), Mrs Pinki Bhateja (Unit HR Head), Susangita Vasisth (Hygiene manager), PR & Marketing.

We promote work life balance for working & single mother by creating special exemption and approval for any personal needs. We maintain uniform, favourable policies and reward system for improvising their self esteem.

While pairing employees for mentorship programs of the same as well as opposite gender combinations that have proven to be useful for fruitful insight to manage work-life balance & equality of pay.

We have Implemented internal & external committees at workplace that supports dignity & safety so as to make sure female workers do not fear discrimination in the workplace. We have a leadership team lead by more females that address all issues pertaining to female employees in any and every context that needs attention to make it a great place to work for female employees.

We nurture a talent pool of supervisors & executives development pool with well defined tenures to enable female associate to comamnd larger roles within the company through Supervisory & Executive development curriculum.
