Sagar Kulkarni has joined Hilton Mumbai, India’s outpost of the luxurious global hotel chain, as the new Director of F&B. He is a multi-faceted director who will look after the F&B operations across restaurants and bars at the property. His role also includes forecasting F&B trends, menu planning, food and beverage revenue.

Sagar comes with a vast experience of more than 15 years in the industry. Having started his career in 2008 as a Guest Service Associate in Food & Beverage he holds strong operational skills. Prior to joining Hilton Mumbai, he was working with Royal Orchid Hotels as a Director of Food & Beverage.

During his 15 years of professional experience in the hospitality industry he always focused on his team and enhancement of their knowledge. He has risen from the rank of a Food & Beverage Associate to Director of Food & Beverage in 15 years. During the career has worked with Marriott, Accor, IHG, The Park, and Royal Orchid Hotels.
