Mumbai, August 17th, 2022: Four Points by Sheraton Vashi has announced the appointment of Kiran Muniraj as Director of Rooms. With this new development, the property is looking to scale up its offerings for guests by creating a superior experience. Currently, the hotel has 152 rooms and has recently added features such as Digital platform for all orders and request during stay, OTT Media Streaming Device, Mobile Key, a social lobby, Room purification devices while yoga or meditation, and shopping concierge, to name a few.

Kiran brings with him 16 years of rich experience in the hospitality space. Having worked with luxury, business and all suite properties with extensive training and development, succession planning, and team engagement, he is known for creating unique guest experiences in many cities across India and overseas. In his prior role, Kiran served as Rooms Division Manager with Marriott International in Hyderabad. Additionally, he has also worked with leading hospitality chains such as Hilton, Oakwood, Taj Hotels, The Park, and Oberoi Group. During the course of his career, Kiran has also been awarded for his exemplary work as ‘Operations Manager of the Year’ at the Marriott Select Brand Awards 2019. He was awarded a certificate from the CEO’s office for spirit of service, recognised as a leader during 2018, and as the social media champion for 2019 for driving OTA ratings and rankings.
