May 15^th, 2023, Bengaluru:  Bengaluru Marriott Hotel Whitefield welcomes Chef Satrujeet Das, an experienced professional with nearly two decades of industry expertise, as the new Sous Chef for Alto Vino, a contemporary Italian Restaurant.

Chef Satrujeet has contributed his culinary expertise to several prestigious 5-star properties in India. He has honed his skills internationally alongside renowned chefs specializing in Italian and Mediterranean cuisines at esteemed establishments. He has also worked alongside with Michelin-starred restaurants such as LA Capinera (1 Michelin) restaurant, LA Madia (2 Michelin) restaurant in Italy, Bosk restaurant and Banquet Kitchen at Shangri-La Hotels and Resorts Toronto in Canada and internationally acclaimed properties including EL Sur in Dubai, LA BREZZA in Italy and Brasserie Les Saveur in Singapore’s St. Regis Hotel.

With a profound understanding of Italian cuisine, Chef Satrujeet brings unparalleled skills to the table. He holds a postgraduate certificate in Italian Culinary Arts from Gorge Brown College in Toronto, an Advanced Culinary Arts Diploma from Johnson and Wales University in the USA, and food handler certifications from Singapore, Italy, Toronto, and Saudi Arabia.
